4. How do I know if my order was received?
If your order was processed, you will receive a confirmation page and an e-mail receipt.
If your order was not processed you will receive an on-screen error message.

6. How can I get a receipt for my order?

8. Which products offer the option to earn CE credits?
Subscribers to Research Practitioner have the ability to earn up to 18 credit
hours per year. To receive CE contact hours, participants must complete the educational
activity according to instructions provided on the exam and receive a passing score of 70%
or better. You may also earn CE credit with Protecting Study Volunteers in
Research, through the exam provided with the manual.
