4. How do I know if my order went through?
If your order did go through, you will receive a confirmation page and an email receipt. If your order did not go through you will get an error message on the computer screen.

8. Which products offer the option to earn CE credits?
Subscribers to Research Practitioner have the ability to earn up to 18 credit hours per year. To receive CE contact hours, participants must complete the educational activity according to instructions provided on the exam and receive a passing score of 70% or better. You may also earn CE credit with Protecting Study Volunteers in Research, through the exam provided with the manual.
9. How do I get my password for the eDirectory of Clinical Trials Industry and Drugs in Clinical Trials Database?
Upon receipt of your order, CenterWatch will issue a username and password to access the database.
