Subscriptions to CWWeekly and The CenterWatch Monthly cancelled within 30 days of purchase
date will receive a full refund. Subscriptions cancelled after 30 days of purchase date
will receive a pro-rated refund for all issues not yet mailed.
Research Practitioner
Subscriptions to Research Practitioner cancelled within 60 days of purchase date will
receive a full refund. Subscriptions cancelled after 60 days of purchase date will receive
a pro-rated refund for all issues not yet mailed.
Books, Brochures and SOP Return Policy
Books, brochures, and SOPs returned within 20 days of purchase date, in their original
condition (shrink-wrapped products, such as CDs, must be sealed and unopened) will receive
a refund of the purchase price to the original form of payment.
Books, brochures and SOPs returned after 20 days of purchase date or in less than original
condition will not receive refunds.
